What experience do you have treating my condition?
Homeopathy does not treat a condition but instead treats the whole person and the reason for their conditions. Homeopaths believe that this holistic form of complementary medicine aims to treat the whole person rather than just the physical symptoms.
I have worked with patients who have been medically diagnosed with conditions such as heart diseases, skin eruptions (eczema, psoriasis), asthma, varicose veins, diabetes, fertility problems, ADHD, ADD, ODD and CD amongst many others.
How do you work and what should I expect from this consultation?
I offer Skype consultations, phone consultations and a walk in clinic for my patients.
During the first consultation you will be asked as many questions as possible regarding your health. During this ‘case taking’, I will look into the symptoms you are experiencing, your medical history, your diet and many other topics which may seem strange to those who are new to homeopathy. The reason for these types of questions is because, as homeopaths, we need to find the remedy most closely associated to the patient.
Should I stop taking my other medications and will homeopathy interfere with any of my current medications?
As I homeopath I cannot tell you to stop any medication that has been prescribed by your GP. You have to contact your doctor and consult with them first before making a decision about stopping any conventional medicine. Homeopathy is safe and can be taken alongside other medication and there are no known interactions.
How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
- Cancellations or postponements may be made free of charge provided you give at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations or postponements within less than 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the original fee.
- Non-attendance at an appointment without a prior warning of cancellation will incur the full fee.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made by cash at the time of your session, or by bank transfer or PayPal no later than the day before your consultation. If no provision for payment has been made as above, I reserve the right to cancel the consultation at short notice.
Is the information confidential?
Yes, the information provided by the patient is completely confidential and will not be discussed with anyone else.
