My name is Klementina Valkanova .. I have a master’s degree in psychology with a degree in Child Psychology. I am currently specializing in psychotherapy at the Bulgarian Institute of Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy (BINAP). I have been practicing yoga for almost twelve years. Studying the philosophy of yoga and applying it in my life, I see the opportunity to feel calmer, balanced and happy.
Individually selected asanas (poses) according to the specific problem and pranayama (yogic breathing) greatly support the healing process. In my work I combine Classical Homeopathy through the point of view of a psychotherapist. Here is what Vitulkas says as a definition of health: “The model of ideal health, which offers a holistic approach, clarifies the state of man at all levels of existence – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is expressed through: perfect physical health; freedom from passions and emotions that hinder the clarity of our thinking and as a result achieve peace of mind and tranquility; freedom from selfishness in the mind and on a spiritual level – humility and inspiration for selfless service to humanity. In this perfect state, man is filled with compassion and selfless love and is the personification of wisdom. Of course, health has many dimensions. It is not static and no “magic pills” can help us get really close. The path to it lasts a lifetime and requires our conscious efforts. True healing is associated with the spiritual growth and discovery of the full creative potential of the individual, used for the benefit of all. A person may be healthy and strong physically, but if he is destructive in his actions towards others and himself, this shows that he is deeply ill in nature.
My first encounter with homeopathy was 17 years ago. My son was 3 years old and was often ill. I tried all sorts of treatments, but the result was an allergy. Then the fight began. Nothing helped. I was desperate to try all sorts of herbal recipes, but alas, nothing helped. During an examination by an ENT specialist once again, I was prescribed a homeopathic monopreparation. To my surprise, the back rhinitis stopped snoring at night as if it had never existed. Then I started reading and became interested in this magical science – Homeopathy.
I completed my training in Classical Homeopathy at the Bulgarian Homeopathic Society, which is a member of the European Council of Classical Homeopathy (ESSN) in 2014. In 2016. I completed a two-year course in Medico-biological training at the NSA. I went through many international seminars led by world homeopaths. Here are some of them: Levels of Health III: Alergiesin Acute and Chronic State. Keynotes of Remedies. Driven by the mother’s strong desire to help her son, I touched the highest knowledge of Classical Homeopathy. And so to this day. By helping people heal their “pains”, I lead them on the path to their essence.
Step by step we go together to their self-affirmation and the realization of their full potential. I believe that the eastern practices, combined with the modern western potential of psychotherapy, as well as my endless love with which I address people, would create for everyone a calmer, more aware, more meaningful life!
…and as Victor Frankl said: “Everything you have in life can be taken away from you except one thing – the freedom to choose how to respond to situations that happen to you. Your quality of life depends on it. Not whether you were rich or poor, famous or unknown, healthy or sick, but how you relate to this reality, what meaning you attach to it, what is your attitude towards it and what states of mind you allow it to unlock in you ”
