Interesting facts about holistic treatment

Homeopathy is more than 200 years old
The founder of science is considered to be Samuel Hahnemann, who introduced the principle of “Like heals like”, although science has much older roots. Homeopathy stimulates its own defense mechanism, not suppressing symptoms, but treating the cause of the disease. Therefore, the results are lasting and gentle on the body.

Reiki is a form of energy therapy
Reiki is a Japanese traditional way of healing whose roots are more than 100 years old. Using the 7 centers of the body (chakras) for therapeutic purposes, thousands of years ago, a number of Reiki principles were successfully applied in ancient India.
All these ancient cultures used energy as a form of stimulating internal processes and healing.

Meditation increases a person’s life
Guided meditation is an effective remedy for pain due to its calming effect on the brain. According to a study by Wake Forest University, meditation has the power to reduce the intensity of pain by 40% and thus defeats the action of morphine (it reduces pain by 25%). The University of Montreal found that people who practice meditation have a higher pain threshold and live a more balanced life.

Personal development never goes out of style
There is a growing awareness of the need to be more aware and cosmopolitan. The five aspects of personal development cover the idea of a conscious and fulfilling life – physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual transformation and therapy.
None of these points should be ignored.
